The NexGen Institute is led by a diverse team with strong credentials in leadership, education, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. Our board includes young leaders, successful entrepreneurs, and nonprofit professionals who bring expertise in marketing, financial management, and advocacy for diversity and inclusion. Annisa Fahira – Founder and CEO
Class of 2021 UC Merced Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering
Trailblazer in the STEM field, committed to empowering the next generation of young leaders and female entrepreneurs. Annisa Fahira is the Founder and CEO of NexGen Institute and a passionate advocate for women in STEM and business. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Merced, where she distinguished herself as the valedictorian of Merced High School. Annisa also demonstrated her leadership skills as Captain of the Merced Color Guard, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and creativity. At NexGen Institute, Annisa is dedicated to empowering young women in STEM and business sectors. Her mission is to inspire and support the next generation of female leaders through mentorship and advocacy, creating pathways for success and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
